One<br \/>that is risk free for all participants.<\/p><p>\u25cf Encourage: open and honest communication. Once we have established a risk<br \/>free environment, communication must be open, honest and a \u201ctwo way street.\u201d<br \/>We want to encourage our constituents to brainstorm and be thought partners in<br \/>our work.<\/p><p>\u25cf Ensure: everyone has a voice. Provide opportunities for everyone to participate &#8211;<br \/>different forms of communication (written and verbal); taking into consideration<br \/>and acknowledging that people\u2019s comfort level will vary. How will you respond<br \/>and prepare for such?<\/p><p>\u25cf Equip: Everyone has the necessary tools, materials, resources to successfully<br \/>implement and complete the task congruent to the established<br \/>standards\/expectations.<\/p><p>\u25cf Entrust: that the individual, group or committee will do a GREAT job!<\/p><p>***** Progress Monitor or at the completion of the task or activity, establish a time to<br \/>debrief and reflect.
