The Organization for Women's Empowerment (OWE-CSA) was founded on March 8, 2023, and is the first women's organization within the Council of School Supervisors and Administrators (CSA)!
Our core purpose is to advocate, support, and encourage women to exercise their fundamental human right to enjoy equity and have a voice and a seat at the table.
OWE-CSA is committed to providing its members with a welcoming space to share, discuss, network, grow, and learn from colleagues through professional development opportunities.
