The Organization for Women’s Empowerment (OWE-CSA) is the first women’s organization within the Council of School Supervisors and Administrators (CSA). Our core purpose is to advocate, support, and encourage women to exercise their fundamental human right to enjoy equity and have a voice and a seat at the table.
